My summer vegetable garden is no more, but I still have my coneflowers growing strong! Isn’t a coneflower beautiful? I love how it strains for the sun and its pink petals almost pull downward, as if making it more aerodynamic! It is slowly creeping into my Favorite Top Flowers! Just so [...] Its Sunday, the day of rest. Well, at least it should be the day of rest, but in my house it is the day of ‘catching up’. This past week I obviously had to work each day, and little D had practice, and yesterday he had 3 games. Yowza. Today is the day of rest AND [...] Morning from the Ranch! Saturday morning, that is… we’re all kind of lazy around here today, its close to 8am and Hubby is still sleeping and I’ve cleaned the kitchen, made breakfast, cleaned the kitchen again, drank some coffee, but now I am curled up in bed again with my computer. Everyday is a work day [...] Saturday I spent the day helping my husband at the barn. It wasn’t my intention as the day started, I had my own list of things to do, but like most days, I stopped at the barn and hung around a little too long. Before too long, I was put to work!
