Trying to See Tuesday

I just erased an entire post to you about parmesan cheese.

I don’t know what happened. Just “poof” and the whole screen went blank.

I cannot summon the energy to reconstruct it right now.

Dang it.

I shouldn’t be surprised. It is Monday after all. The day that everything always seems to go wrong. I know, I know, I am attracting that to me and all of that Law of Attraction stuff…I shouldn’t perpetuate it, but I am.

Mondays just suck.

Made worse this week by the fact that I enjoyed a fabulously warm and sunny weekend with temperatures in the mid 70s. Today I am receiving Winter Storm Warnings with 2-4″ of snow anticipated tomorrow.

WHAT?

I fully realize that I talk about the weather WAY too much but I am one of those people that is really effected by the weather. Living on a ranch, weather is on our minds all of the time. I never paid attention to the weather until I married Big D.

Oh gosh.

I’m going to stop now and start dreaming about Tuesday.
